Replace a worn or damaged jet-pump liner with the SOLAS SRX-HS-159-002 stainless-steel wear ring. Designed for compatible Sea-Doo 159 mm jet pumps, this metal wear ring replaces the original plastic liner on the listed applications.

Why replace the wear ring?

A worn liner can increase the clearance around the impeller tips, contributing to cavitation and reduced pump efficiency. A correctly fitted replacement helps restore the intended clearance. Stainless steel provides a durable metal alternative to the original plastic liner.

Fitting advice

Use the correct tools and fitting procedure for the pump housing. Inspect the impeller, bearings and housing, and check impeller clearance before returning the craft to service. The impeller, bearings, seals, installation tools and fitting labour are available separately.
